The Spring Blast Online Entry Form

PLEASE READ!!!

Entry is not complete until payment has been made! Credit/debit card payment is accepted online through this entry form. ONLINE PRE-ENTRIES DUE BY MAY 8th!

If you wish to pay by check, please print off the Mail In Entry Form, complete it and send it in, Postmarked by May 4th.

Peewee Entries ($10) will be onsite only.

Vet-out/doctor-out must be submitted by May 9th and include a note from the vet/doctor. An office charge and any applicable credit card fees will be held with the remaining funds refunded. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL AFTER THE EVENT. After May 9th there will be ZERO refunds.

All online entry fees include a 5% processing fee.

There are no additional office fees for pre-entries.
